Note: Keep in mind, this is a third party software and we require detailed description of the issue at hand.
AUCSP - Advanced UC Softphone
User Interface
Once the Advanced UC Softphone has been install and successfully logged in, you will see the AUCSP User Interface:

Making Outgoing Calls
Using Keypad
Open the ‘Keypad’ tab by pressing the Numpad icon. | ![]() |
Dial a phone number manually or tap on the Phone Book icon to access your mobile device’s contacts list. | ![]() |
Tap on the audio icon (handset) to make a call. | ![]() |
Using Contacts and Phone Book
To use Phone Book, while still in the Keypad tab, press the Phone Book icon on the left side of the Handset icon.
The Phone Book will need to access your personal Mobile contact list.
To dial someone from your Company, click on Contacts tab on the left bottom side of your Mobile App.
Search and/or tap the contact you wish to dial or send a chat message within the Company.
You will see User Profile/Info.
You can also place a Video call by clicking on the Video icon.
If the user has a Mobile number associated, you can add it to the User Profile/Info.
Here you can also view History of calls and chats on the bottom of the User Profile/Info screen.
The Phone Contacts will open the Phone Book, which is your personal Mobile contact list.
Receiving/Incoming calls
Upon receiving an incoming call on your mobile device, you will see the following screen:

During a call, you have access to the following features:

3. Make a parallel call | |
4. Mute / unmute microphone | |
5. Turn the video on / off | |
6. Turn call recording on / off | |
7. Open the numpad to send DTMF (digit entry - IVR) | |
8. Transfer a call | |
9. Turn the speaker on / off | |
10. Open a chat with a caller |
Transfer a Call
During an ongoing call, press the ‘Transfer’ icon | ![]() |
Enter a phone number or choose a contact from the list, where you want to transfer a call or use the Keypad (Numpad) | ![]() |

Choose if you would like to do a Blind or Attended transfer
If you choose a ‘Blind transfer’, you will be disconnected from this call while the caller will be transferred to the number you selected.
In the case of ‘Attended transfer’, the caller will be put on hold, while the app will make an outgoing call to the number/contact you chose to transfer a call to.

Switching between Two Lines during a Call
During a call, if you need to make an outgoing call while putting the current call on hold or if you received a second call as Call Waiting, you can switch between the two calls by using the Switch Icon.

Making a Second Call or Conference Call
During an ongoing call, tap on the ‘Add call’ icon | ![]() |

Choose а contact that you’d like to add to a call from the list OR press the numpad icon | ![]() |

After you’ve connected with a new participant, press the ‘Join’ button to this participant to a conference
Press the ‘Merge’ button (1) to merge both lines into a conference
