In this Guide we will show how to use Microsoft Office 365 as Single Sign-On.

The e-mail you use for Single Sign-On has to match the e-mail assigned to your Extension on initial setup.

If you are using Google Mail (GMail), click here; any other e-mail follow the instructions here.

First step is to Login to the Portal using the
Username and Password created in through

Welcome e-mail.

The Username is automatically generated and
Password set manually during the process.

Once you are logged in the Portal click on the First and Last name in the upper right corner.

Then click on Profile.

Scroll down until you see Change Account Security then click on Connect Office 365 Account button.

It will open a pop-up screen.
If you have previously logged in to

Office 365 Account it will either automatically connect or if there are more than one it will display a list of available Office 365 Accounts.

To setup a new one follow these steps:

Enter the e-mail or Phone number in the Email, phone, or Skype field.

Please use the Office 365 e-mail.

Click on Next.

Enter your Office 365 Password in the Password field and click on Sign In.

It will ask you to Stay signed in or not.

Choose at your own discretion.

Note: If this is your first login and depending on the Security level your e-mail is set, it might ask you to authenticate via Microsoft Authenticator.

After it might show as "Validating".

Once Validated, you will see the Office 265 Connector grayed out.

This means it is connected.

Enter your Portal Password in the "Current Password" field then click on Save.

Note: Please do not forget to Save otherwise you might have to go through the entire process again.

To remove the Office 365 Connector, click on the X besides the e-mail.

Enter your Portal Password in the "Current Password" field then click on Save.
