This Guide explains how to use Portal access.
Please make sure you have bookmarked NVG Portal.
We recommend using a Password Manager such as Bitwarden to save your sensitive Passwords.
As part of on-boarding process you will receive a Welcome E-mail.
Click on Complete Setup button.
It will open a Tab in your Default Browser.
IMPORTANT:
Please do not use dates, names or anything well known about you.
Avoid using words such as Password or commonly used phrases.
If the link does not open properly, try copy / paste the link on the bottom of the Welcome e-mail.
The link expires within 48 hours, so complete this during that time frame.
In some cases you will see Phone Number under the Extension.
Most users will not have this field, unless a Direct Number for the Extension is requested on setup.
Enter your password.
It does require minimum of 8 characters with one Capital Letter, one Lower case Letter and one number.
We strongly urge you to use a special character as well.
For example:
Once you have entered the password twice, enter your Voicemail PIN Number.
This is for you to access your Voicemail Inbox.
