Portal Faxing

To access the Portal Faxing, please login to the NVG Portal.


Inbox and Sent Fax Folders


Once logged in, click on Fax Tab.



Here you can see your Fax to Email Inbox.



If you click on the Drop-down menu (Inbox) you can also see your Sent Faxes.

In the Inbox you can see:
From Number - From which Number the Fax was sent.
To Number - To which Number the Fax was sent.
Date - Time and Date of Received Fax.
Pages - Number of received Pages.

In the Sent you can see:

To Number - To which Number the Fax was sent.

Date - Time and Date of Received Fax.

Pages - Number of received Pages.


You can Delete the Faxes in both Inbox and Sent Folders by clicking the X button on the right hand side.

How to Send a Fax


To send a Fax, click on the Send Fax button.

Once clicked, a pop-up will be shown.

Click on Browse to select the File to be sent as Fax.
You can upload:
Adobe PDF Documents.
Microsoft Word .doc and .docx Documents.
Images as .jpg, .png and .tiff.
An HTML Page as .html.

Once the files is chosen, enter the Fax Number you wish to sent the Fax in the Phone Number field.

If you have multiple Number as Fax you may select the Caller ID Drop-down; otherwise, leave as is.

You may also add Cover Letter bu selecting Add Cover Letter checkmark.

More options will be shown:

Subject: Enter the Subject of the Cover Letter, e.g., Proposal.
Sender Name: You can enter your Name Department Name here.
Sender Company: Enter your Company Name here.
Recipient Name: If you are sending the Fax to specific Department or Person, enter the Name here.
Recipient Company: If the Fax Number you are sending to has multiple Companies using it, enter the specific Company Name.
(This can be usually seen for Real Estate or Medical Facilities that have Pharmacy included).
Note: You may add any additional Note.
For example: Please respond to the Fax by certain Date, or Please send via e-mail as PDF Document.

Click on Send button to send the Fax.

Once the Fax is sent it will enter Fax sending Queue.
Within few moments (or minutes) once the communication with the other side Fax is established and Pages sent it will be shown in your Sent Folder.
Keep in mind, if you are sending a large amount of pages, this might be sent as several Faxes and/or can take longer time for the Recipient Fax to process.
