Once you login you can access several of features we provide to you.
You can view recent call history, listen and manage Voicemails, access Web Phone and many other features.

Home: This is what you can see when you login to the Portal.
You may review your Voicemail Messages, Recent Call History, Answering Rules and access the Apps such as Web Phone and UC Connect.

Messages: This your Voicemail Management where you can view your new and saved Voicemails and change your Greeting.

Fax: e-Faxing is additional feature we provide and is Basic portal to send and receive faxes via e-mail. If you require e-Faxing, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.

Contacts: You may enter your own contact information, mark them as favourites, click-to-dial or chat with your co-workers.

Answering Rules: This option is available to you in case you need to set any type of forwarding or simultaneous ringing or create time based rules.
Some may have additional presets such as Follow Me. Please reach to us regarding this option.

Time Frames: If you require specific time frame set for your incoming calls, such as, but not limited to, Holidays, Vacation, specific time for forwarding or simultaneous ringing.

Phones: Any additional Devices, such as Mobile, Web Phone or multiple deskphones are located here. Please reach to us regarding this option.

Music On Hold: If you have specific Music on Hold for your extension you may upload here. Please note that if you have Company Wide Music on Hold, this will override it.

Call History
: This is the location for all your calls. You can view and filter based on Inbound, Outbound, Missed or by specific Date, Caller ID or Number via the Filter option.
