How to add a signature to O365

Every email client used will need to have the signature updated, Outlook installed, Outlook Web, Outlook Phone App etc...



How to add a signature to outlook web.

1. Go to https://outlook.office.com in a Web Browser of your choice. (FireFox, Chrome, Edge etc...)



2. Click on the settings Cog


3. Click, Mail -> Compose and reply



4. Name and Fill the signature fields as needed



5. Select any automatic options as needed, and select the signature to show for New Messages/Replies.



6. Click Save



Every email client used will need to have the signature updated, Outlook installed, Outlook Web, Outlook Phone App etc...



How to add a signature to mobile


1. Download the outlook app


2. Tap settings, Signature and add your signature.

How to add signature on outlook desktop app


1. Open the outlook desktop application


2. Select New Email.



3. Select Insert -> Signature -> Signatures...



4. Select your email account under Email Account



5. Select New



6. Enter a name for your signature



7. Fill and select your signature as needed



8. Click Ok.
