Create a new Outlook Profile (Desktop outlook app)

Create a new outlook profile in Desktop outlook app.

 Please Ensure the Outlook App is closed/you have restarted your computer.

1. Search for Control Panel from the windows search bar, and Open it.

2. Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

If Mail (Microsoft Outlook) option is missing, Ensure the View By is set to Large Icons

3. Click on Show Profiles...

4. Click on Add...

5. Enter a new unique Profile Name, Then Click OK

6. Fill out the prompted fields, Including your Email and Password, Click Next

7. Outlook will process the information provided. Click on Finish

8. Under Always Use This Profile, Click the drop-down menu and Click your New unique Profile Name, Click OK

Remember to Remove the Old Outlook Profile and Apply Changes

9. Click the Old Profile Name, Click Remove, Click Apply, Click OK

10. If Prompted to confirm, Click Yes

Now Open Outlook
